There are times in life when we know something needs to change, yet we’re not quite sure where to begin.

One of the questions I’m asked most often is: “Which therapy do I need?”
The honest answer is, you not need just one.
After listening to your story and understanding what you’d like to achieve, I’ll recommend the approach, or combination of approaches, that I believe is most appropriate for you.
This may include Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), OldPain2Go®, coaching, mentoring or holistic wellbeing approaches where appropriate.
Rather than making you fit a particular technique, I tailor the support around you.
Whether we meet in person or online, our work together is built upon trust, collaboration and respect. My role is not to tell you what to do.
