Why I Work This Way
Over the years, one thing has become very clear. People don’t fit neatly into therapy models. Someone may arrive wanting help with anxiety, only to discover that confidence, grief or past experiences are playing a significant role. Another person may come because of stress at work, yet find that improving boundaries and self-belief creates positive change far beyond the workplace.
Life isn’t lived in separate compartments. Neither is the way I work. My role is to understand the bigger picture and help you find the approach that best supports meaningful, lasting change.
